Within its Institutional Clients Group (ICG), the Markets and Treasury divisions manage one of the most complex high-volume treasury operations on the planet – spanning multi-currency funding desks, global FX settlement, intraday liquidity management, and private banking reconciliation across legal entities in EMEA,Japan, the United States, and Canada. Today, the Intellect-powered Quantum FX (QFX) platform processes 95% of the bank’s global FX transaction volumes – making it one of the operational backbones of the bank’s worldwide FX infrastructure. 

Challenges:

The client’s relationship with Intellect spans more than two decades. Collectively, these operational constraints created moments of “operational blindness”- where fragmented systems, delayed visibility, and manual treasury processes limited real-time decision-making during critical market windows.
